30 day online return/exchange policy

To return or exchange an item please contact out customer care service by e-mailing us at PMBELT.COM or calling 1-800-PMBELT0 (the “0” is a zero) or by faxing us at 607-547-1366. Your total satisfaction is our top priority.
We want to be sure that you are totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 15 days of the date of invoice. We will gladly exchange it or credit your account. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn & unused, with a copy of the original invoice included. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning for an exchange, we will ship the replacement to you at no shipping charge.
Exceptions to Return Policy:
We do not accept returns on CLOSEOUTS, DISCONTINUED items, or items purchased on SALE.
